Assessment of the Value of a Team in the Implementation of the Transaction «Acqui-Hiring»

The topic of the master's thesis: Assessment of the Value of a Team in the Implementation of the Transaction «Acqui-Hiring» The object of the study is the phenomenon of "acqui-hiring" as a new way of corporate investment in talent. The subject of the research is the methodology for evaluating teams acquired using the acqui-hire format. The master thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, which reveal the goals and objectives of the work, each chapter consists of three parts and the main conclusions on them and the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, sets the problem, the goal and objectives of the study, identifies the object, subject of scientific research, formulates a hypothesis, sets a goal and objectives, specifies the methodological basis of the study, its theoretical, practical significance of significance. In the first chapter, the basic definitions of the acqui-hiring phenomenon were given. When conducting a transaction in the acqui-hiring format, the buyer's company is not interested in the assets, practically, that belong to the company being acquired. In chapter two, an overview of the market for existing transactions in the acqui-hiring format will be introduced. Analyzed cases on public transactions in the format of acci-hiring among the major technology companies. The main results of the study are given. In chapter three, the structure and timing of transactions conducted on the acqui-hiring format were reviewed. Within the framework of the chapter, methodologies for evaluating start-up teams acquired according to this format have been developed. Also carried out the validity of the developed methodology by conducting calculations on it already in the transactions, presented in chapter two. The conclusion contains the main conclusions on the development of the methodology for start-up teams.
