Research and Development of Preadaptation Educational Practices for Innovative Activity of Students

The thesis explores the relationship of education and innovation. Practical part of the work developed practice of preadaptation of students to innovation. Work consist of: - The historical and genetic review of the concepts of "innovation" and "human potential" and the relation and interrelation of concepts. Generalization of international researches requirements to human potential for innovative activity. In this context, the processes of «teaching» and «training» were problematized. - The principal educational model of preadaptation to innovative activity, indicating the processes, structure and positional content of education (opposed to «teaching» and» training»). Within the framework of the model, the concept of «educational practice» and the basic principles for the selection and development of educational practices. - Educational practices: «flexible project training», «variable program of engineering education», «project activities on the basis of international standards of project management», «festivals of school projects». Approbation of practices has demonstrated sustainable results. The results of the work can be used by institutions to support innovation and entrepreneurship, education authorities at the regional and municipal levels, schools.
