Modification of a Labor Agreement

This graduate paper is aimed at analyzing the various aspects of legal regulation of modification of a labour agreement in order to identify gaps in legal regulation and to develop practical proposals for improving labor legislation on this issue. The main objectives of the paper are: - study the regulatory legal acts containing the rules on modification of a labour agreement and to identify the stages of development of legislation on this issue; - study the scientific literature and consider the main scientific approaches to the concept of changing the conditions of an employment contract and its constituent elements; - investigate the procedure for modification of a labour agreement for reasons related to changes in case of technical necessity - review and characterize the types of Transitions, to offer a classification of Transition; - investigate transfer to another job in accordance with a medical certificate; This graduate paper consists of an introduction, three columns, eight paragraphs, conclusion and bibliographic list. Based on the research the following conclusions were made, for example: Firstly, the proposed ratification of the ILO Convention N 158 "On termination of labor relations on the initiative of the entrepreneur". Secondly, in order to improve the gaps in labor legislation on the issue of regulating changes in the conditions modification of a labour agreement. of an employment contract, it is proposed to introduce changes to art. 72.1, Art. 72.2, Art. 73, Art. 74 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which would contribute to improving the legal protection of workers. Thirdly, it was concluded that transfer to another job is one of the types of modification of a labour agreement.
