Annotation Graduation project on the topic: "Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Projects PMI (Post Merger Integration) Projects Implementation in the Case of Russian Or Foreign Companies". Author: Lysov Boris Vitalyevich, a 4th year student of the HSE Faculty of Management. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter outlines the theoretical and methodological aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including an overview of the structure and stages of the M & A implementation processes. Description of payment methods that are implemented during transactions. Changes in the specific characteristics of transactions in a historical period are considered, and merger issues are considered and absorption to obtain a synergistic effect in the process of PMI. The second chapter is devoted to the study of M&A transactions in the Russian banking sector. It describes the Russian banking sector, the development of mergers and acquisitions and provides drivers that contribute to the growth of M&A implementation in the industry. The third chapter presents an empirical method for studying the effectiveness of integration in M&A transactions. It describes the results of a survey conducted with representatives of companies participating in the implementation of the integration of companies in the banking sector. In addition, in order to disclose some of the indicators from the questionnaire, in-depth interviews were conducted. The conclusion summarizes the work done and draws conclusions on the effectiveness of PMI in Russian companies in the banking industry. The work contains 62 typewritten pages, 6 figures, 2 appendices. For writing, used 23 sources.
