The main problem facing organizations with state participation is a large percentage of layoffs in the first year of work. In some companies, there is a high turnover rate among young professionals. Effective organization of the adaptation process allows you to involve young employees in the work and keep them in the organization. The work illustrates the experience of Russian Railways in the organization of adaptation.
