Young Talents` Motivation in Russian IT- Company

The study identifies motivation factors of young talents on the example of a Russian IT-company on the basis of the contextual approach to talent management. The empirical object of the study was the Russian company "X", whose employees are engaged in the development and testing of software. The study analyzed the talent management system in the company, analyzed the loci, on which the philosophy of talent management in the company "X" is based. The methodology of empirical research was a comprehensive study that combines both elements of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Conducted qualitative research included 9 semi-structured interviews with employees of the company "X", the quantitative analysis, in turn, was built on the analysis of 574 questionnaires collected by online questioning of employees.
