Keywords: controlling, logistic controlling system, business process, logistic business process, return flows, return flow logistics, strategic profit model Purpose of the work - develop solutions for optimizing the logistics controlling system aimed at improving tactical planning and, as a result, better organization of return flows of L’Oreal. The object of the work is the system of logistic controlling of the company L'Oreal, which is under consideration. The subject of the research is analytical tools of the recommended model of operations - SCOR, as a tree of company goals, a strategic map of the supply chain, a flowchart of supply chain processes, and solutions to rationalize the management of return flows of the company. The analysis of the company L’Oreal revealed the following problems: the complication of interaction between the logistics departments in the logistics of return flows, the lack of a developed procedure for managing the quality of the company's products, the lack of control over the costs of returns. As a solution to the identified problems, measures were proposed to improve the process of managing return flows as part of improving the company's logistics control system. The economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed recommendations was proved, presented using the strategic profit model.
