n the context of the internationalization of health care as one of the fundamental sectors of the economy, an increasing number of countries are increasing investment in the development of inbound medical tourism, Russia is not an exception. The internationalization of the medical business and the development of inbound medical tourism can bring additional money to the country, which, in turn, contributes to improving the quality and condition of the medical care itself. However, at the moment there are no methodologies for the development of inbound tourism in the country, since for Russia this is a completely new phenomenon. Therefore, the topic of this study is relevant
