Organization of Logistics Business Processes of Online Store

ANNOTATION The theme of Graduation work is Organization of Logistics Business Processes of Online Store. The key words of the graduation project are business process, organization, e-commerce, online store, value, management. The object of the research project is LLC "SKS" - an online store of household appliances and electronics. The introduction identifies the goals and objectives of the work and presents the relevance of the chosen topic. First chapter of graduation work is devoted to the analytical review of the e-commerce market, and the reveals the prospects for the development of this direction. Also, contains the analysis of the functionality and tools for doing e-commerce, as well as basic data of the company "SKS" for further analysis. In the second chapter of the graduation work described the specifics of the organization and operation of business processes in the logistics of an online store. The third chapter presents an analysis of the LLC «SKS» online store, reviews the logistics of the store, identifies the main business processes, «narrow places», as well as methods for eliminating them. In addition, the third chapter contains options for further development and optimization of online store business processes. In the conclusion are summed up the main results of final graduation work, presented the conclusions for each chapter and is given general assessment of the results obtained. Also were given recommendations on further improvement of the enterprise’s work. The diploma project is presented on 87 sheets, includes 11 tables, 31 figures, 4 applications, 54 literary sources.
