The topic of the graduation thesis is: "Increase of Internal Communication Efficiency Between R&D and Marketing Departments in Innovative Company." The volume of the thesis is 76 pages. It contains 2 figures and 3 tables. During the research 51 sources were used. Keywords: CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INTERACTION, CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT. The object of the paper is technology companies engaged in the development and sale of new products. The subject of the paper is methods that can be applied in organizing the joint work of employees of R&D and marketing departments in a company in the process of developing new products. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and two applications. The introduction reveals the relevance of research, defines the scope and subject of research, sets the goal, and identifies tasks for its achievement. The first chapter examines the need to organize effective interaction between R&D and marketing units in a company. The second chapter identifies the factors that influence the interaction of these units and ways to improve the efficiency of interaction. The third chapter describes a study to improve the efficiency of interaction between departments, conducted in a technology company. The conclusion summarizes the main results and results of the study. At the end of the work, a list of used literature and applications is given, which contains questionnaire questions for interviewing employees.
