Abstract to the paper on the theme "Analysis of the compliance of corporate culture and organizational structure at different stages of the life cycle of the organization (on the example of Semigrad LLC) " Study includes: 84 pages, 13 tables, 17 drawings, 4 applications, references used - 72. Keywords: corporate culture, organizational structure, life cycle, strategy. Subject of research: corporate culture, organizational structure and their compliance with the stage of the life cycle and the current strategy. (i.e. compliance of these two elements of the strategy). Objective: to identify and analyze the compliance of the corporate culture and organizational structure of the company's strategy. According to the results of the study, a list of recommendations for improving the strategy and corporate culture of the company LLC "Semigrad" was included.
