Catering in Moscow from XIX to XX Centuries

The project is a book about catering (taverns, restaurants, cafes, canteens) in Moscow from XIX to XX centuries, customs and morals, specialties of the house and famous visitors of this kind of institutions. The book consists of five sections. Each section has an information about the owners, peculiarity of interiors and exteriors, interesting events, service, menus and prices, etc. The visual content is represented by photos, engravings, posters and others. In the framework of the project, a visual research was conducted. This research is considering the branding evolution of fast food largest companies, such as «Burger King», «Pizza Hut», «Starbucks», etc. The overall goal of the study is to show which factors are useful for quality improvement of communication between brands and consumers.
