The Development of Competitive Strategy (Case of Country-Side Hotel)

The theme of the master's thesis is the competitive strategy development for the family holiday country club “Zatumaniya”. The work relates to project and analytical type of master's thesis, the object is the family holiday country club “Zatumaniya”, located in Tyulgansky district of the Orenburg region. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop the competitive strategy for the object of the study. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the basic concepts and stages of competitive strategy developing for a company. The second chapter presents the main characteristics of the organization's activities, the research methodology, as well as the results of the analysis of the external organizational environment and the company internal environment using the strategic analysis tools outlined in the first chapter of the work. The third chapter presents a SWOT analysis of the company, which resulted in the selection of a competitive strategy and recommendations for its implementation. The work is illustrated with 15 tables, 25 figures, 12 appendices. The list of sources and literature includes 114 sources. The total amount of work is 112 pages.
