Topic: “Motivation of introverts in IT organizations” The volume of the thesis is 79 pages. While writing a diploma was used 55 sources. Keywords: introverts, performance, motivation. The thesis includes an introduction, two chapters (literature review and own primary research), conclusions, recommendations, list of references and apendix. The relevance of the research in the chosen direction, sets the problem, goal and objectives of the study, identifies the object, subject of scientific research, formulates the hypotheses, sets the goal and objectives, specifies the methodological basis of the study, its theoretical and practical significance are revealed in the introduction. Chapter one consists of theoretical justification for the problem of introvert motivation, discloses the concepts of “performance”, “motivation” and “introversion” using various approaches and examples, lists practices that have an impact on motivation. In the conclusion, it is indicated which material should be considered and used in conducting primary research. In the second chapter, practical work is carried out, in the implementation of which student readiness is formed through practice. The chapter includes the formulation of tasks, the goals of practical work, the listing, the methodology and the conclusions of the study, and the limitations, recommendations for the company and suggestions for further research are listed. The significance of the results obtained, as well as the motivational component of the company's employees are described in the conclusion of the chapter two. The final general recapitulation is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for taking into account the features of introverts in the conditions of a society of extroverts.
