Increasing of Strategic Management Efficiency in Transport Company (JSC "MT RPC")

Nowadays, there are twenty-six suburban passenger companies and every one of them face a variety of problems. These problems are low income, high level of competitiveness with autobuses and other carriers, obsolescence of rolling stock and others. Therefore, companies have to increase strategic management efficiency in order to handle all the issues and improve the general performance. The purpose of the research is to increase strategic efficiency in the chosen transport company (JSC “Moscow-Tver Regional Passenger Company”) by means of development of midterm scenarios. The object of the study is suburban passenger company. The subject of the study – methods of increasing the strategic management efficiency in suburban passenger company. The results of the work are analysis of probable scenarios of company’s development and formulation of strategic recommendations that can improve company’s performance. The whole work consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion and matches the main purpose and tasks.
