Legal Liability of Athletes and Coaches

Relevance of the following master's thesis is explained by the necessity of сlarifying certain matters related to the liabilities for commitment sports offenses and the importance of the related issues for enforcement practices. The aim of the study is to consider the institute of legal liabilities for the offences in the sphere of sports based on the analysis of the literature, legislation, jurisprudence and to develop the recommendations for the improvement of modern russian legislation. In order to achieve this aim, the following goals were established: - To define the concept, signs and grounds for the legal responsibility of athletes and coaches; - To define the concept and types of sports offenses - To perfom the analysis of the types of legal liability of athletes and coaches - To study legal liabilities of athletes and coaches in Russian labor law and international law; - To identufy significant problems in legal regulations of sports liabilities - To develop the ways for further improvement of the legislation on liabilities of athletes and coaches. The following dissertation consists of the introduction, three chapters which include three and two paragraphs, conclusion and list of literature. The fisrt Chapter is named «The concept and the types of legal liabilities of athlets and coaches»; in the second Chapter - “Legal responsibility of athletes and coaches in Russian and international law”; third Chapter «Modern problems of legal responsibility in the sphere of sports and ways of further improvement of the legislation on the legal responsibility of athletes and coaches"
