The master's thesis is devoted to the development of a machine learning algorithm for measuring television audience. According to the results of the study, it was determined that despite a sufficient number of ways to obtain data about the television audience, the issue of efficient and affordable processing and analysis of the received data arrays is still open. The television market needs a uniform methodology for processing data in order to get a unified view of media consumption in Russia. In this paper, an algorithm was developed, that allows a researcher to obtain a portrait of this viewer (group of viewers) by the distribution of data on television viewing (in minutes). The probability of the received TV viewing patterns, on the basis of which the algorithm can be concluded about the audience, is 70%.
