Development Strategy of FMCG Company under the Influence of Retailers

This paper describes a proposed study that will examine how FMCG company should correct its strategy to address the challenges caused by increasing retailers market power. Based on the literature review dedicated to the manufacturer retailer relationship and interpretation of the data obtained from the case study of the company, the list of the recommendations about development strategy corrections will be done.
