Legal Regulation of Trade Using Internet Technologies

The paper studies the legal regulation of trade using Internet technologies. The author establishes the content, methods and legislative regulation of trade in the Russian Federation, analyzes the legislative regulation of the use of Internet technologies in the trade turnover, defines the concept of the contract concluded using the Internet, its subject and the time of its conclusion, identifies gaps in the Russian legislation regulating the amount of mandatory information about the product for the consumer in the field of Internet trade, the order of its delivery, the consequences of violation of consumer rights.
