Development of Marketing Strategies of the Company

Our world is getting more and more globalized over the last few decades. Under these circumstances, the role of strategic marketing as a tool for creating a positive image, designing a steadily attractive brand and providing a communicative leadership, is rising. There appears an opportunity of a complex insight on the development and promotion of economic subjects. The supply of their strategic leadership and the formation of the stable beneficial position in the competitive field. This research will be concerned with developing a company's marketing strategy using various strategic tools. In order to implement the selected instruments, marketing research will be conducted. The case study will be based on the information, obtained during structured interviews with top and middle management of the company. Moreover, following an analysis of preliminary research results, recommendations for the further strategy of the company will be presented.
