Probation as an Additional Condition in the Employment Contract with the Sportsman

The research work reflected the basic concepts such as probation, internship, viewing. The provisions of the labor legislation regulating the order of establishment and passing by the worker of test at employment, judicial practice on cases of application of the norms regulating trial period were analyzed. The aim of the study is a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical problems in the field of practical application of the Institute of probation in the employment of athletes, as well as the development of proposals for improvement and amendments to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The above goal can be achieved through the following tasks: • Familiarization with the history of the development of domestic legislation on the Institute of probation; • Study of General principles of Russian labour law; • Study of the concept of probation and its content by identifying distinctive characteristics; • Analysis of the theoretical basis of labor legislation on probation as in General all categories of workers and individual athletes; • To analyze the prospects and relevance of the adaptation of the Institute of probation, taking into account the peculiarities of labor relations of athletes; • To analyze the judicial practice on the consideration of labor disputes of athletes on probation. In writing the study used as General scientific methods of knowledge (analysis, synthesis, logic, comparison), and special methods (formal legal, comparative legal, structural and functional, and others). In the course of the study, the main conclusions were made, the problems in the field of application of the norms on the Institute of probation period were identified, and specific proposals for the improvement of labor legislation were formulated.
