Development of Personnel Department Managers’ Job Profiles and Tools for Competencies’ Assessment in the Production Company LLC «Posuda»

In the absence of a built personnel management system, the company LLC Posuda" faced with problems affecting the organization itself and its employees. Due to the possibility of organizational changes in the company, it was decided to improve the direction of personnel management, starting with the development of the fundamental elements for the assessment of personnel - job profiles and tools for assessing the competencies of managers of the personnel Department: HR director, head of personnel department, head of administrative support, specialist in fire safety and labor protection. We use the methods of the study of documents, task analysis, interview, modelling; a technique of creating a job profile (author is T. Y. Bazarov) and technique of creating competencies model according to the version of CKT – 21st century. In the first chapter of this work discusses the concept of "job profile" and its structural elements, approaches to the definition of competencies, requirements, and methods of constructing a model of competencies, methods of gathering information to create a competency model, as well as the principles and purposes of personnel evaluation, methods and tools for the assessment of competencies. The second chapter will consider the procedure for developing the profile of the position; an example of the developed model of competencies with prescribed behavioral indicators by levels; examples of the proposed tools for assessing the competencies of managers of the personnel department of LLC "Posuda".
