Legal regulation of electronic public services

The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of public services provision in electronic form. In order to achieve this goal, an analysis of the concept and content of public services in electronic form was carried out as well as value analysis of e-government, multifunctional centers, mobile services in the system for providing these services. Furthermore, a study of foreign experience in regulating the provision of public services in electronic form was conducted and proposals to improve legal regulation of providing such services were made. As a result, conclusions were drawn on the need to adopt the Federal Law about E-Government, which establishes the structure of legislation in this area, also it is proposed to introduce quality control methods at the legislative level as well as it is necessary to form common approaches to regulating the provision of public services in the Eurasian economic area.
