Nowadays there is significant progress in the use of blockchain technology, which helps to solve the problems of decentralization and privacy. There are private and public solution architectures with specific properties and areas of application. Private blockchain is used for a limited number of participants who do not trust each other and is widely used by garments and big companies. This paper presents a description of the private blockchain solution for Russian Post. It helps to prevent the falsification of stamps and francs used by Post, as well as to exclude a third party that will control all processes. The solution also provides users with privacy by hiding balances using Bullet proof technology. The project is written using the Exonum platform in Rust language. The work has a full description and implementation of the architecture, the source code with a description and comments. Also developed and implemented a modification of the architecture to hide user balances and the amount of money sent in transactions.
