This work is devoted to the study of ways of using Ukrainian Orthodoxy as a factor of political struggle. Ukrainian Orthodoxy is viewed both in historical and modern contexts - using the example of the presidential elections of 2019. Discourse analysis is used to consider Ukrainian Orthodoxy as a factor of political struggle in elections. According to the results of the discourse analysis, the models of candidate arguments were identified and the ways of using Ukrainian Orthodoxy were considered.
