In the conditions of modern competition in the market of domestic and domestic markets, almost every company seeks to gain a leading position among competitors. One of the main results of the activity is the output or provision of services. The set of ISO 9000 standards defines a number of principles by which a quality management system can be organized. Compliance with the requirements of this standard can allow not only to ensure the quality of the supplied products, but also to manage risks. Sometimes quality control is not enough in terms of improving company’s activity. Processes must be related to the organization's IT infrastructure. This work is devoted to the analysis of the activities of the organization InvestAvto. As part of this work, its main processes will be analyzed and deviations from the requirements of ISO 9001 and the concept of lean manufacturing will be identified. The result of this work is the reorganization of the main processes in accordance with the identified deviations, and an IT strategy will be proposed, within which the business process models should be optimized, which should be linked to the strategic goals of the companies and the target models of the corporate system of the basic organization’s processes.
