Application of the Process Approach in Solving Logistics Problems in the Agro-Industrial Complex

The paper reflects the theoretical and practical aspects of the process approach. The company is considered as a set of interrelated business processes, this approach contributes to the maximum result-oriented. As a result, we can consider the theme of the study "Application of the process approach to solving logistics problems in the agro-industrial sector" on the example of Agrocomplex "Rodina"" is very relevant. The first Chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of the process approach, its advantages and problems of implementation, as well as the ability to apply the process approach in logistics activities. The second Chapter discusses the specifics of the process approach in the logistics activities of companies in the agro-industrial sector, notations for modeling, applicable in this specificity and the main business processes of the agro-industrial complex "Rodina". In the third Chapter, on the basis of the process approach, the logistics activities of the agro-industrial complex are analyzed, problems are identified, solutions are proposed and the economic effect of the proposed measures is assessed. Having studied in detail the concept of the process approach, its advantages and disadvantages, methods of implementation, it can be concluded that the introduction of the process approach is very appropriate and rational, it can be used to identify problems of the enterprise, eliminate them and thereby optimize the operation of the enterprise, reduce costs and increase profits. It was found that the process approach is successfully applied to companies in the agro-industrial sector, identified the specifics of the application and features.
