Today, a warehouse is not only a warehouse, but also a complex system, a place for the transformation of material flows. Warehouse - a place in which the transformation occurs (reception, storage, accumulation, processing and distribution) of material flows. Depending on the situation, it can be considered as an independent physical object (structure), or as an element of the logistic system (subsystem). The study described several methods to reduce costs and increase the speed of movement of goods through the system. At the end, we conducted theoretical studies on the evaluation and finding the effectiveness of all the decisions we made earlier. This allowed the most structurally and consistently approach to the solution of the task we set. The events announced by us were performed by the selected company. Therefore, we consider our work successful and very important. Keywords: logistics, warehousing, warehousing, warehouse network, warehouse management system, improvement, optimization
