Governmental Crisis Communication as Reaction on Terrorist Acts

The paper contains the results of the analysis of public authorities’ crisis communications as a response to terrorist acts using the theory of situational crisis communication. The sample of the study are publications in the four largest online publications devoted to the terrorist attacks in Brussels (2016) and Stockholm (2017). The paper reconsiders the significance of the stages of a crisis strategy.
