Optimization over Orthogonal Matrices for Manifold Learning Tasks

In this work we consider the tangent space estimation using the principal component analysis. It is proposed to improve the estimation by using information about the carrier and averaging on the Grassmann manifold. The obtained result showed higher accuracy in comparison to standard method.
