Enhancement of Career Management System in "Coca-Cola HBС Russia"

Career development of employees, today, is one of the main areas of activity of the staff of the personnel department, along with such functions as selection, adaptation and training. Most companies, both Russian and international, have recently paid more and more attention to building a clear, understandable, effective system of career development for their employees. This is done to improve the quality of the employer's brand in the eyes of potential employees. In addition, a company that provides its employees with opportunities for career growth and development, in advance, provides itself with a reliable, highly qualified personnel reserve. Due to career development, organizations grow competent specialists to senior positions within the company. In addition, an effective career development system contributes to better learning of the main resource and the competitive advantage of any organization - people. The relevance of researching the career development system of employees at Coca-Cola HBC Russia lies in the effective training of competent specialists for leadership positions, since, according to the personnel policy of the organization, 80% of company positions should be occupied by relocating internal employees. It is also important for the company that the level of professional competence and personal skills of the staff correspond to the positions held, therefore much attention is paid to the expansion of professional expertise. The company tries to modernize the existing development and training systems, taking into account the opinions of employees, thus increasing their level of importance and motivation in the company. The object of research in this work is the company "Coca-Cola HBC Russia". The subject of the research is the career development system of BSO employees in Coca-Cola HBC Russia. The main objective of this study is to develop a program of measures to improve the career development system of BSO employees at Coca-Cola HBC Russia.
