Development of the company's strategy is an important part of the workflow and chooses the main vector of its development path. Often there are flaws in it, which the management of the company does not pay proper attention to correcting, because of this, the efficiency of the organization as a whole decreases and the market share of the company decreases. In companies with a market share of telecommunications services, the presence of a sales department plays a very significant role. This aspect is due to the fact that the sales department is one of the main channels for attracting new customers and product sales. The sales department, which fulfills its tasks and goals set for it in a qualitative manner, brings the company a large part of the profit relative to its total volume. Also, an important aspect is that the sales department has a number of tasks that help control incoming and outgoing customers, improve the quality of products or services supplied, due to the possibility of receiving feedback from customers, which they convey to the personal sales staff during personal communication. A well-functioning sales department, whose employees fulfill the sales plans that have been set, is the main profitable division in the company. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the developed recommendations for this study can be used to implement the sales department in other companies in the telecommunications services market in Russia.
