Competencies of Managers in "Restorannaya Franchaizingovaya Companiya"

Modern business realities are such that in the leading positions are those companies that are able to respond quickly to changes and introduce innovations to improve their performance. However, in order for innovations to take root effectively, we need highly qualified employees who have developed competencies that are necessary for a particular position. The field of hospitality make serious demands to the staff, because their behavior must meet certain standards to ensure a high level of service quality. That is why it is necessary to have a competently developed model of competencies for each position in the company, as well as to build a system for monitoring the compliance of the employee's existing competencies and the required level. The “Restorannaya Franchaizingovaya Companiya” company is one of leaders of restaurant business in the market of Nizhny Novgorod. In this paper, we study the competencies of the company's management, as well as the analysis of the dependence of the level of employees’ competencies development on their performance, evaluated using Key performance Indicators (KPI).
