Rebranding a Restaurant with Russian National Cuisine

In the master’s research, a study is being conducted on the communication rebranding of the cafe network “Mu-Mu” with Russian national cuisine. The ways of applying national images in business positioning are considered. Studied technology advancement in the field of restaurant business through marketing communications. Recommendations on communication rebranding were developed by increasing the efficiency of integrated communications in the Mu-Mu network.
