At the height of the century of information technology, when every sphere of human activity is accompanied by software assistants, or even replaced by them, the fundamental importance in the efficiency of the work performed lies on the quality of the program or information system that helps or replaces the person. «The quality of an information system is its ability to meet established or perceived needs when used under specified conditions». The conditions for using an information system are determined at the stage of collecting information on the subject area and the design of the system itself. Accordingly, the question on quality of the system depends primarily on the quality of the design decision for which it was developed. The given work is directed on research of a question of an estimation of quality of design decisions. The purpose of the study is to select the necessary quality metrics and describe the possibilities of their use for the evaluation of project solutions in the development of automated information systems. The master's thesis includes the theoretical part describing the subject area, the analytical part where the analysis of methods of quality assessment and methods of determining its metrics is carried out, and the project part where the model of the assessment process and the model of the system of quality assessment of project solutions using the selected metrics were considered. As a result of the research, the system of project solutions quality assessment was developed, which allows to determine the quality level of the project solution by its properties and from the point of view of stakeholders within the project team.
