Diagnostics of the Company: External and Internal Environment Analysis of OOO "Evident»

The thesis contains the description of dental clinic`s LTD "Evident" diagnostic. The purpose of this work was to analyze the external and internal environment of the dental clinic to prepare recommendations for its development. Diagnostics of the company was carried out using tools of strategic analysis. To study the external environment, the market of dental services in Russia and in the Shchelkovo district of the Moscow region was described, and such tools as the Porter's 5-force model and PEST analysis were used. To study the internal environment, financial indicators of the clinic, its life cycle stage, organizational structure and basic structural characteristics were analyzed, as well as McKinsey 7S and SNW models were used. The SWOT-analysis tool was used to identify strengths and weaknesses of the clinic and to prepare the possible strategic actions within the framework of the further development of the clinic.
