This paper presents a study of the ideas of stakeholders of the educational process about the manifestations of subjectivity of students. The formation of subjectivity and the transfer of a student to a subjective position, the development of his civic identity and the formation of decision-making ability is the most important task of an educational organization not only in accordance with the logic of implementation of the Federal state educational standards, but also in connection with modern challenges to the educational institution management system. Based on the analysis of stakeholder representations, criteria and levels of manifestation of the subjective position of students are determined, factors that impede and contribute to the formation of a subjective position are identified, organizational and pedagogical mechanisms for involving students in the school management process at the third level of manifestation of the subjective position are identified. The work is presented on 103 pages and includes: 7 figures, 31 tables, 61 sources used, 2 applications.
