Business Model of Project-Based Learning at the Moscow Polytechnic University: Limitations and Conditions of Success

The work is devoted to the study of the strategic and economic feasibility of the implementation of project training at the university of the laws of development of project education at the university. The main managerial question is how the results of the implementation of project activities affect the quality of educational activity, what resources are needed when implementing high-quality project training based on the example of the Moscow Polytechnic University. The assessment of project work within the framework of regulatory funding, as well as with the sponsorship of industrial partners of the university. The analysis of the problems of design activities of the university. The analysis is based on the results of educational activities for the period from 2015 to 2019. The results showed that there is an impact of the project approach on the quality of education of university graduates. Based on the results, management approaches are proposed and open questions are formulated for further research. The first chapter discusses the issues of analysis of the current system of project training, substantiates the formulation of problems of project training, and states and substantiates the scientific hypothesis of the study. In the second chapter, a pre-project research methodology is developed, which includes the rationale for the choice of approach and methods, indicators for assessing the results of the introduction of project training, using the example of Moscow Polytechnic University. The third chapter analyzes the nature of the distribution of values ​​of the selected indicators of project activities and conducts a graphical analysis of the patterns based on diagrams of their distributions. The impact of the results of project activities on the quality of graduates, expressed through effective indicators of educational activity, is assessed. Management approaches are proposed, open-ended questions are posed based on the results of the study. In conclusion, the main results are formulated.
