Immoral Conduct of Educator as a Ground for Termination of Employment Agreement

Paragraph 8 of part 1 of Article 81 of the Russian Federation Labour Code has the special ground for dismissal of educator. It sounds as commission by educator an immoral conduct. This provision of law is unexplored field of Russian labour law, which create a huge amount of questions as for lawyers as for an employers and employees. This work is an attempt to get more knowledge and explain some aspects of such ground of dismissal as immoral conduct.
