This study analyzes the legal situation regarding the work of the principle of the prohibition of discrimination in Russia and foreign countries. It also offers promising areas and practical recommendations for improving the legal regulation of the prohibition of discrimination, taking into account the principle of unity and differentiation of legal regulation.
