Legal Regultion of Women Labour: International and Narional Aspects

The purpose of this final qualification work is to conduct research on the legal regulation of women's labor at the international level, in the Russian Federation and abroad, as well as on the basis of the knowledge obtained, to form proposals for improving the legislation of the Russian Federation. In connection with this goal, a number of tasks are set: 1) Study the acts of international organizations on women's labor. 2) to Study the legal regulation of women's labor in the Russian Federation, trends and issues, as well as to determine the level of women's awareness of their rights through a social survey. 3)Analyze the legal regulation of women's labor in Uzbekistan. 4) Analyze the legal regulation of women's labor in Turkmenistan. The final qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliographic list. The first Chapter examines the main acts of international organizations concerning the legal regulation of women's labor. The second Chapter is devoted to the legal regulation of women's labor in the Russian Federation, the study of norms governing issues related to labor protection, working time and rest time, and the analysis of a social survey that reveals compliance with labor rights. The third Chapter is devoted to studying the experience of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan in the legal regulation of women's labor, as well as how these countries solve the problem of discrimination. Based on the work done, the following results are formulated: 1)The main problems and trends in the development of legislation of the Russian Federation concerning the legal regulation of working women are identified. 2) positive and negative experience of regulating women's labor in Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan was Identified. 3) a number of proposals were made to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area.
