This WRC is dedicated to improving the efficiency of inventory management based on monitoring and analysis of sales of "SEB-Vostok Group" CJSC through the development and implementation of information and analytical system with an automation program. The object of research: activity of the company "SEB-Vostok Group" CJSC. The subject of research: information and analytical system for inventory management based on the analysis and monitoring of sales of small domestic appliances of the company "SEB-Vostok Group" CJSC. Objective: To improve the efficiency of inventory management of small household appliances of "SEB-Vostok Group" by developing and implementing an information and analytical system. The need to develop IT-solution arose due to the lack of technological support in inventory management in the online segment of the small household appliances market. In the course of the research, an analysis of the subject area related to the activities of "Groupe SEB" and its division of "SEB-Vostok group" CJSC was carried out. The analysis of the Russian market of small domestic appliances identified the company's problems in the field of inventory management based on monitoring and analysis of sales within it and identified the requirements for information solutions necessary to improve the efficiency of the company in question. As a practical part of the work, information, and analytical system for inventory management of small household appliances was modeled and implemented on the basis of monitoring and analysis of sales of "SEB-Vostok group" CJSC. The implementation of the developed information and analytical system allowed the "SEB-Vostok group" CJSC to obtain the necessary values of key performance indicators in inventory management and improve sales results.
