An important criteria for harmonious functioning of a single labor market is conditions establishment for free movement of workers. Labor migration regulation within the framework of regional associations such as the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union is characterized by its peculiar uniqueness and differ from the universal models of international organizations. During the research of the formation and development of regional cooperation of the post-Soviet countries following issues could be observed: stylistic similarities with the texts of the European community’s normative agreements; affinity in the institutional structure of the association; applicability of similar tools for integration. The differentiation and specificity of the development of the European single employment market is considered as an example of a dynamic and systemically organized approach aimed at formation and strengthening the further deepening of the existing Eurasian integration in the field of single labor market regulation.
