Comparative Analysis of Narrative Structure of Plot Oriented Video Games and Their Film Adaptations

In my work, I analyze how the narrative structure of story-driven video games changes in the process of creating a film adaptation. In this paper, an attempt is made to identify, analyze and study the changes that occur in the structure of the narration as a result of film adaptation on the example of four plot-oriented video games: Silent Hill 1, Silent Hill 3, Tomb Raider, Detective Pikachu and their adaptations.
