The master's thesis is devoted to the study of one of the central places in personnel management - the motivation system and team building. This work is applied in practical focus, because executed on the example of a real operating company LLC "Business Communications". Using various methods of strategic analysis, a study was carried out of the existing system of personnel motivation and team building in the organization with the identification of strengths and weaknesses. The measures developed by the author to improve the team building system at LLC "Business Communications" will allow the company to become competitive and take a stable position among similar organizations.
