The Impact of Acts of International Law on the Formation of Sports Law in Russia

The object of the research is international acts, Lex Sportiva norms and judicial precedent as regulators of sports activities in Russia. The aim of the study is to analyze the norms developed by international organizations in the field of sports, to identify the impact of norms of international organizations on the formation of the regulatory framework of Russia in the field of sports. The following tasks were set for the author: - analysis of the norms included in the national sports base - analysis of conventions adopted as part of the UN activities in the field of sports and their impact on the formation of the national regulatory sports base in the field of sports - analysis of conventions adopted within the framework of CE activities in the field of sports and their impact on the formation of the national regulatory sports base in the field of sports - analysis of Lex Sportiva standards - analysis of changes in the norms of sports law of the Russian Federation under the influence of judicial precedent In the process of writing the work, the following scientific methods were used: private-scientific, general-scientific, formal-logical, comparative-legal, analysis and synthesis were applied. The structure of the work includes an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The first chapter defines the norms that make up the national regulatory framework for sports in the Russian Federation. The second chapter defines the acts adopted in the framework of the UN and their impact on the formation of the national regulatory framework in sports. The third chapter defines the conventions adopted within the framework of the CE and their impact on the formation of the national regulatory framework in sports. The fourth chapter determines the influence of other international acts on the formation of sports law in Russia. In conclusion of the study, the author summarized the study, presented theoretical and practical conclusions in accordance with the goal.
