Optimization of Business Processes of the Company with the Aim of Increasing Employee Motivation

The purpose of the graduate qualification work was to create a strategy for optimizing business processes, the main goal of which was to increase motivation of the company's employees. Relevance of the topic is justified by the low development in Russia, the system of motivation in organizations. From a practical point of view, the created method is ready to use, but there is still room for improvement and development of methods for assessing enterprises and the introduction of new theories. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to analyze the literature and research on the announced topic, to study the structure of various motivational theories, to consider existing cases to optimize business processes and how it affected the staff of the enterprise. The analysis of scientific literature, which was carried out in the first chapter, gave the necessary knowledge about how business processes are formed and take place in organizations with the process type of management. It was possible to disassemble various applications with which it is possible to model and optimize processes. To consider their pluses and minuses to have an idea of the software given in the market, its functions and possibilities. This review will facilitate a choice of the application for modelling of business processes of the various companies. The second chapter tells about what differs motivation from stimulus. This is followed by various needs theories of authors such as Maslow, McCleland, Alderfer and Herzberg. The Yerks-Dodson law on the highest point of motivation will be touched upon. Positive and negative options for human motivation will be discussed. In addition, the most important part of the chapter is the motivation of employees and the theory of characteristics of work. The chapter looks at the main part of the chosen topic - motivation of company personnel. The third chapter looks at motivational audit. As an example, the case of Ural Steel Works LLC is given, which further helps to form a strategy that can be applied in other organizations. The methods of gamification and examples of application are touched upon. The fourth chapter applies the knowledge gained in the existing organization. A survey of employees and an analysis of results are conducted, with suggestions for improving HR management methods. Thus, the set goal has been achieved, all tasks have been implemented. The presented methods of motivation of employees by means of optimization of business processes are effective and ready for use.
