The topic of my diploma is “The role of corporate culture in shaping the image of an international company (for example, the Boston Consulting Group). In the context of my work, key aspects related to the formation of the organization’s culture were examined: intercultural communication, cross-cultural management, and the organizational climate. In addition, the mechanisms of creating an image in such international companies as the Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey and Bain & Company were analyzed. The task is to study the theoretical foundations of the formation of corporate culture and image in an international organization, conduct an analysis of the corporate culture of the Boston Consulting Group, as well as develop recommendations for improving the corporate culture of this company. As part of the study, a survey of BCG employees was conducted, the purpose of which was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company's culture. The analysis of this survey contributed to the further creation of recommendations for improving corporate culture in a company with an international composition. During the development of recommendations, intercultural components were taken into account. The recommendations proposed in this thesis can subsequently become part of the code of corporate ethics of an international company. BCG management expressed gratitude for the interest shown in the development of the organization’s internal corporate culture, as well as for a detailed analysis of its structure and image.
