Specifics of Customer Loyalty Formation by International Retail Companies on Different Markets by the Example of Walmart and Amazon

This work analyzes the formation of consumer loyalty in the field of international retail. Loyal consumers bring the company more than half the revenue. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and practical reasons for prompting the client to return again. The result showed that not all theoretical factors have a direct relationship with consumer loyalty in practice using the example of the world's largest retailers Walmart and Amazon.
