The modern market state is primarily characterized by its variety of forms of ownership, as well as types of management. In Russia, an active transformation to various forms of ownership began with the advent of the “perestroika” period. In Russia, the largest corporate structures have not yet achieved the level of influence and role that their colleagues from foreign countries have achieved. Moreover, the role of corporate management is greatly underestimated in modern realities and in corporations the management system is at an insufficient level of development and functioning. Consequently, the question of the establishment of a national model of corporate management, as well as its strengthening and functioning remains relevant for research. Over the past 30-40 years, both abroad and in Russia, there has been an unprecedented increase in public interest in the problem of corporate management. The reason for this situation is that corporate management problems are closely related to some of the most characteristic phenomena in the global economy today. The establishment of effective corporate management institutions, which can significantly complement and strengthen the mechanism of market competition and contribute to the creation of an effective institutional environment, is becoming an increasingly urgent need. The national model of corporate management in Russia has not yet been established, not worked out, and management mechanisms are idle, not finding sufficient application in modern realities. Thus, a number of issues have already arisen in the corporate management system of Russia, for the solution of which it is necessary to take specific measures. The need to analyze the theory and practice of corporate management in Russia in order to identify the causes of its imperfection, significant problems, as well as to study options for solving them, determined the relevance of the topic of this study “Establishment of a Corporate Management System within an Organization”.
